GPCA EYE HONOR ROLL GUIDELINES

The German Pinscher Veteran Eye Honor Roll will include two web pages described below:

Page 1: The CURRENT PAGE will honor German Pinschers, 8 years of age and over that currently test CERF CLEAR, have been given a CERF number, and are listed on the CERF website.

It is stipulated that in order to remain on the CURRENT page, the breeder/owner would submit evidence of a yearly CERF to the HC. The HC would then verify and send CERF verification to the webmaster. (The HC could check online to verify that the dog cleared.)

In order to maintain accurate information on the webpage, dogs not CERF'ed CURRENT would be removed from the page when their CERF expires if not recertified and submitted.

Page 2: The MEMORIAL PAGE will honor deceased German Pinschers 8 years of age and over, that CERF'ed CLEAR the year of their death. Memorial page dogs will remain on the page historically and forever.

Submission of candidates to the Honor Roll is completely voluntary.

Board Amendment: November 14, 2006: Candidates for the Eye Honor Roll must be owned, or co-owned by a GPCA member.

Board Amendment: February 14, 2007: The name of the owner of the dog being honored will be listed.
